This post was inspired by the plan here on FitMole Ryan Gosling did to get in shape.
There are 2 types of bodies in this world – bodybuilders and fitness models. In other words, there are dudes who have massive amounts of overdeveloped muscle and then there are more average guys who while they don’t sport the steroid levels of musculiarty, are still in excellent shape.
For example, guys like Ryan Gosling, Brad Pitt (sample program here on FitMole), Zac Effron, Ryan Reynolds, and Taylor Lautner are all in excellent shape. But they don’t have that “I’m trying too hard” look when you pass the on street. The can fit into fitted jeans and look great while doing so. This is the type of body you should be trying to achieve in my opinion. When I tried to get a body like the one above I followed the FitMole Blade 3 workout routine.
In order to achieve this second look, you need to have a super low body fat percentage. And when I say “low” I mean super low body fat. Nothing else can give you that conditioned look without too much muscle mass.
Think of 10% – 5-6% and you got your number.

Most people only think about dieting when it comes to losing weight or building muscle, but what most people don’t know is that dieting is one of the most important things you need to do when it comes to increasing your vertical jump.
I know, what? How does vertical jump training and dieting have in common. Well I’ll tell you – if your diet is crap then your vertical jump is going to crap as well.
You need to have a perfect diet and a perfect training protocol (like this one) if you want to explode your vertical jump to heights that you can’t ever imagine (no pun intended).
So what is the best diet? The best diet is obviously one that is high in protein (to build muscle), high in carbs (for a great energy boost), and high in fat( to boost your test levels). If you keep all 3 of these micro nutrients in check then you will have the foundation for a great vertical jump that can only be rivaled by professional athletes.
While working out is great and all…and everyone knows that we workout for the sole reason of improving the way we look and feel, what if I told you that your workout was actually making you uglier.
How is this, you say?
Well if your workout in the wrong way, you could be inflicting massive amounts of stretch marks on your body and this could be harming you in ways that you could not even imagine.
Stretch marks are nasty visual marks that show up on your body when you move your body in ways that it is not meant to be moved. For example, if you’re stretching your yoga, once you hit your skin’s stretching point, you should not stretch anymore as that will cause stretch marks to appear. This post on Rafskinna tells you how to get rid of them
Stretch marks appear when the fascia in the skin has been destroyed and there has to be new skin that goes in its place to cover it up. It’s not necessarily a painful process but it doesn’t look great so be careful.
After many years of struggling with my weight I finally gave up on all the diets and eating plans and decided I would never lose weight. Shortly after turning to unhealthy food choices I started eating more sugar, fats and pastries. I soon found out that I was now heavily obese.
Along with the excess weight I developed a host of other problems such as depression, anxiety and psychological disturbances. I landed up in hospital with severe depression and thoughts on ending my life. The facility I was admitted to, helped me to deal with the emotional side of my weight gain, this soon assisted me in seeing my weight problem on a whole new level.
After leaving the health facility, I started exercising and following a healthy way of eating along with the help of a close friend and soon the excess weight seemed to fall off my body. Today, I now enroll in marathons, spend more time with family and friends in social gatherings and I feel fantastic. My cholesterol levels are down and I enjoy my healthy lifestyle immensely. I will never again let weight issues control my way of life.
Another way to lose weight is by surgeries such as lipo or abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) but those are seen as more desperate and expensive.
