After I found 960 Grid System for CSS Framework, I love it but cannot use it smoothly. I think CSS object’s name should have meaning, not just _1, _2, _3 like this.
But when I found Hybrid: WordPress theme framework. I am deeply impressed and almost cry. Please see the reason Why I (Justin Tadlock) created a WordPress theme framework.

is theme framework same the php programming framework ( cakephp , codeigniter , symfony etc. )

Theme framework is the set of examples to use for work. This is not sophisticated like php framework.
Wordpress is my favorite CMS and this post is a perfect example why.
